our teams time, we kindly ask that you read and adhere to the following policy.
Booking Fee
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may result in the loss of the booking fee.
No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
